1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeepAgent.help services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
DeepAgent.help provides an enterprise AI agent assistance platform including autonomous agent handlers, human-in-the-loop orchestration, support terminals, and related APIs. Features and availability may change as we improve the platform.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, configuring appropriate access controls, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or malicious content
- Attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits
- Reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and documentation. Enterprise customers receive a limited license to use the service per their subscription agreement.
6. Service Level & Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for production deployments. Specific SLA terms are defined in enterprise agreements. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepAgent.help shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the applicable subscription agreement. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, subject to data export provisions in your agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
